    HOW TO start a Return (NOT UMBRELLA WARRANTY)

    You may return your totes.com item within 60 days of delivery for a refund.  For an expedited return, send an email to returns@totes.com with the following information:

    • Current totes PO#/Order# (starting with TOTE)
    • List of specific item(s) being returned if multiple items on order
    • Tracking number from RETURNED PACKAGE (via FedEx, UPS, USPS) We recommend USPS as the most cost-effective method.

    We can provide a return label (please provide a valid PO#); however, the cost of return shipping label, if used, will be taken out of the refund.

    We cannot accept returns of certain items, including:

        -Any item that is returned more than 60 days after delivery.

        -Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts.

     

    We will notify you via e-mail of your refund once the return has been processed. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 7-10 days, minus original shipping charges.
