- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
- Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts.
- All returns must be in the original packaging, include the original documentation and use the special returns label included in the package.
- This returns label is not pre-paid.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping fees.
We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 30 business days of our receiving your return. totes.com does not refund shipping and handling charges.
If a product is damaged in shipment, please call 1-800-281-4535 for replacement instructions.
- If the item you're returning was designated as a gift when purchased from totes.com please note, that the refund will be issued to the original purchaser of the gift.
- We cannot accept merchandise for return for style, color, or size preferences if purchased elsewhere.
- We recommend that you contact the person who gave you the gift to find out where the item was purchased and exchange it directly with the retailer of purchase.
